I've seen gameplay on streams and it's not really all that interesting looking. It could be because it's in early access but it's not really for me.

I really doubt it'll be two-player. The only platform that seems to take co-op seriously at the moment is the Wii U.

It's one of those games that people play as a couple a lot. You have to do survival mode (which is two player) to progress the story, so we'd just unlock the next story mission, then take turns. It's a lot of fun, really.
