Hello,
I'm Shinra321, or, more typically nowadays, Angelus. I like rice and music.
I also really enjoy video games. I've been mostly PlayStation my entire life, with a lot of GameBoy and DS early on as well. At this point though, I'm pretty much exclusively on PS3 and Vita. The games I enjoy most are normally Japanese, more specifically I'm a huge fan of most Final Fantasy games, Danganronpa, Disgaea, Blazblue, Drakengard, and I've been starting to play Tales of games. I also enjoy some western series like Ratchet & Clank, but a lot of the western series I enjoyed lose their appeal fairly quickly (Skyrim, most BioWare games, et cetera) or become shitty annual releases like Assassin's Creed.
Anyways, a few things of note:
-I think the Vita, despite it's smaller library, shits on the 3DS and provides a superior gaming experience to 7th gen consoles.
-I think the Wii U has the most interesting library to date as an 8th gen console, but it's limited capabilities are a turnoff, and I refuse to pay money for a console that wants me to use a fat tablet as a controller.
-I think western games aren't typically very good, and almost always fail to create real human emotion and relationships. In Skyrim, I got bored of my wife and arranged her death, and in Mass Effect and Dragon Age my girlfriends became incredibly boring and just repeated the same thing over and over again until I reached a certain point in the story where we briefly had sex.
That's about it. Nice to meet you guys, you seem like a friendly bunch.
